Ahh... what a day!
Today Justine and I went to the pool for a few good hours, came back, showered, went to the library, and then stopped at the grocery store. We came back to my place, made supper and then sat down and played some wii. It was good stuff.
Today, I think I might have met my soulmate. Now, I'm completely kidding when I say this... but you know, a girl can dream, right? Lets hope he wasn't though! Justine and I were driving down Grand Ave when all of a sudden at stop light this red pick up pulls up next to me, I look over... holy cow! What a gorgeous sight! So anywho... he smiled, waved. I laughed and drove off (the light turned green) At the next red light, he pulled up again... took off his sunglasses, smiled and then winked. Cheesy, I know... but oh man... talk about a pretty smile! At the next stop light I had every intention of throwing my phone number on a piece of paper into his truck.. but he TURNED OFF. Total bummer. He was gorgeous... and that it lifted my spirits. ...As did the extremely cute guy at the library, atleast he said 'hi'. Haha!
Other than those few adventures, not much happening today.
I called a few of the places back that I applied too. Lynn has connections at one place so she's going to call tomorrow on that. Another place asked me to call back in September and they would for sure help me out somewhere, (I think I made a really awesome impression with the lady in HR. She seemed eager to help me land a job). As for Buffalo Wild Wings, he said he'd call me back ASAP. So hopefully tomorrow. Keep your fingers crossed, I know mine are!
I think the farmer's market is in town tomorrow, so I'm going to venture down there and maybe pick up some fresh flowers.
Strong storms are heading into this area "LATE" tonight. So... I'm thinking I should probably head to bed early so I'm prepared to be awake if I have to be.... oh how I hate storms when I'm alone...
